As the Chief Clinical Officer and Director of Medical Services at Bethzatha Health Services Corporate, I oversee the clinical operations and quality improvement of a leading healthcare provider in Ethiopia. I am responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans, policies, and standards for clinical excellence, patient safety, and staff development.

I have a strong background in general surgery, surgical innovation, and surgical method of leadership, with over ten years of experience in various academic and clinical settings. I have also completed a Postgraduate Degree in General Surgery from Addis Ababa University in 2018 and I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from ACT American College (Ethiopia). My core competencies include leadership, strategic planning, healthcare management, and clinical governance.
